Counter Auction
Terms & Conditions

Lots will be sold to the highest bidder at
the amount bid at the posted date and time of closing.

The placing of a bid constitutes a contract
to purchase the lot at the price bid.

Each bidder is assigned a number for his/her
exclusive use. If an individual has not bid within the last 4 counter
auctions the bidder number may be withdrawn and assigned to another person.

Crown & eagle will accept increases in
bids by mail or telephone upto two days prior to the closing date on a
limited number of previously bid lots.

Closing time of all counter auctions will
be 2:30pm according to Stan's time. Lots may be picked up
at 3:30pm.

No bid may be crossed out, withdrawn, deleted,
or altered without the consent of Crown & Eagle.

You need not be present on the day of the
closing to claim your lot(s), they may be picked up at out premises, 5303
N High St., up to 3 weeks after the close of the counter auction.

Ohio Sales Tax will be collected on all lots
unless you possess a valid resale number.

Bids below the reserve or not conforming to
the increments will be adjusted to the next higher
correct level.

Catalogue values used are from the current
Scott's unless indicated otherwise.

All lots are guaranteed to be genuine and
as described unles stated otherwise. Every effort is made to describe
flaws other than the obvious. However, since a lot must be viewed
to be bid upon, undescribed faults are not grounds for the return of a
lot.

In the case of any dispute, the opinion of
a certification service which we deem competent will be accepted.
A certificate expressing "no opinion" is not grounds for the return of
a lot.

Consigned lots are identified by the lot number
being on a colored label with the consignors number in the opposite corner.
